This place is an absolute joke, not professional, if you purchase a service contract be prepared to wait. During peak season you will wait a week or 2 for a service technician to arrive. He will assess the problem then relate he has no parts and can't fix your tv or appliance. He will tell you they stock no parts and will then have to order your parts, so be prepared to wait at least another week to get a service call. If you dare complain realize it's your fault and they are really busy and have no help! I repeat do not buy here, terrible Read more

Have a service contract, waited a week to get an appointment. Waited all day, and tech comes in says it's a bad tuner but I have to order the part . Gotta wait another fees days, complete nonsense. And customer service operator rude also, would never use these people again Add comment

My dryer just over 2 years old quit. Not a cheap dryer, steams and everything. Called for repair came said needed to replace $300 part. After a week I called had not heard from them. Said I did not request repair. Which I had. So another week went by waiting for the part. Good parts here came to put it in wrong part. They reordered part called after a week part in. My area is not serviced for another week. After a month I think my dryer is fixed. Spent a lot of time at laundry mat this month. Very disappointed in this company. Read more

NO COMPLAINTS ON MANY APPLIANCES BOUGHT OVER THE YEARS. THESE FEW HALF-A-- COMPLAINTS THAT DATE BACK MANY YEARS DO A GREAT DISSERVICE TO A FINE COMPANY. WE HAVE BOUGHT AN ENTIRE KITCHEN OF NEW APPLIANCES AND A COUPLE OF REPLACEMENTS, PLUS SEVERAL TV'S AND OTHER SMALLER ELECTRONIC ITEMS, OVER THE PAST 17 YEARS WITHOUT ONE SINGLE BAD EXPRIENCE. I THINK IT IS UNFAIR, ALMOST LIBELOUS, TO KEEP THINGS LIKE THIS AVAILABLE ON THE INTERNET OVER A PERIOD OF MANY YEARS. Purchased a Samsung Refrigerator on 11/18/11 his machine is only in full time use for 6 months of the year. The ice machine has NEVER operated properly either jamming up or not running period. Finally quit operating completely on Jan 26, 2013 Sevice rep who could barely speak english informed me the ice machine would have to be replaced. Re placement will take 2 to 3 weeks. Isn't that just lovely. I paid extra for a 5 yr extended warranty for this service. My advice is: Beware of Bill Smith and definitely DO NOT CONSIDER A SAMSUNG APPLIANCE.... Read more

Bill Smiths App. in Naples, and Bonita Springs both should be shut down by the cities as scams. They dont honner what thay sell. They are rude with poor management and store Gereral Managers. We gave them a second chance they blew it!!!! Please warn all your friends and family not to buy from them !!! Even doing without is better than buying from them!!!! As I have started too ? Purchased a Sony XBR TV Jan 08. Midscreen pixels were defective in 18 months. Purchased extended warranty. Screen too expensive to replace according to holder of extended warranty. Rejected claim on our $3,000 TV. Said they could send $1600 and we could replace via internet. Called the original dealer who told us he'd sell us a 52" Sony - lowest model of the line. sold me a sharp tv for $1795 + 3 year fix or replace. 35 month tv failed to opperate they keep it to the last day of 36 months and called me to pick up. took it home still the same problem ,brought it back and they keep i 30 more days and said it was fixed I did try it befor I left it worked but not at home. I wanted a new one on fix or repair and they now said it was past the 36 months.still did not repairit 4 months. they are a rip off store. the adds say how good they are wrong. $1800+ $600 a year for a tv this is a rip off company Read more

We purchased a Sony Wega 50" tv from Bill Smith in Ft. Myers Florida in June '07. The price was approximately $2000 including the 2 year extended warranty. Sony offers a 1 year mfg.'s warranty. (the 2 year extended would be a good investment to add on.)We thought and were led to beleive we had a 3 year warranty. Now 2 years 4 months later our picture is green.
